Standard Shipping

Flat rate: $14.95 AUD

Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free shipping.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout. Available options and pricing will be shown during checkout.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed earlier in the business day may be dispatched the same day, depending on the day and time the order is received.

Orders placed after our processing cutoff may be dispatched on the following business day. For example, orders received after approximately 5:30pm will generally be dispatched the following morning.

Friday, weekend and public-holiday orders may be processed on the next available business day.

Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Delivery Times

Once your parcel has been received by Australia Post, standard delivery generally takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on your location and Australia Post's network.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided automatically to the email address associated with your order.

You can use your tracking information to follow your parcel through Australia Post.

Packaging

Orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Products are individually wrapped and placed inside a protective holographic pouch, with additional outer packaging for protection during transit.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible and provide details and photographs of the damage where applicable.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
